We think of millions reasons to not go for a run, not go to yoga class, not move our bodies. But we are always happy that we went, right? Don’t push away what is good for you. And as you sweat out the toxins, you can sweat away your negative energy, or thoughts, as well. Leave your self doubts and sweat on your yoga mat. Each inhale bringing you compassion for your body, strength to your body, and power for the rest of your day.
You won’t regret exercise. :)
