TIU & POP Pilates love

Did the TIU Valentines Workout + POP Pilates Long Lean Legs Workout last night, and I’m not as sore today as I expected.. based on how bad I was shaking while I was doing them! I’m going to contribute that to the fact that I had to stop like 5x during the POP video. SO. KILLER. Wow I’m weak.

Still sick btw, it’s been over a month now. Finally bucked up and went to the doctors, it was pretty hilarious using my broken German and their limited English, but I think it was pretty successful. Hopefully they can tell me what’s wrong with me so I can really get back into working out! For now I’m trying to just ease back into an easy regimen. Strength training 3x a week, cardio 3x a week. Nothing insane, just something
