Did the TIU Valentines Workout + POP Pilates Long Lean Legs Workout last night, and I’m not as sore today as I expected.. based on how bad I was shaking while I was doing them! I’m going to contribute that to the fact that I had to stop like 5x during the POP video. SO. KILLER. Wow I’m weak.
Still sick btw, it’s been over a month now. Finally bucked up and went to the doctors, it was pretty hilarious using my broken German and their limited English, but I think it was pretty successful. Hopefully they can tell me what’s wrong with me so I can really get back into working out! For now I’m trying to just ease back into an easy regimen. Strength training 3x a week, cardio 3x a week. Nothing insane, just something.

This is one of the videos I did after my short run today, as a whole it was pretty easy with the exception of this INSANE handstand push up chin I-don’t-even-know-how-to-describe-thing holy fishsticks I could not do it. I was still really sweaty from my run so I honestly don’t know how much this made me sweat, if any, it is really short after all. Definitely going to do this 4-week thing though.

Did a little stretching in bed, did my morning business (wrangled my hair out of my face, peed, washed my face), then did this short routine. I always feel like an old person in the morning, stiff and slow moving. This short yoga video really helped loosen me up and I feel ready to tackle the day!
